May be he doesn't but in the Midwest we have plenty. When the $ goes down I start seeing lots of heavy equipment from Cat on rail cars heading to our ports.

Grain prices go up. Corn has jumped 20% and beans 25%. As the prices go up the subsidies to the farmers go down saving the government money.
