I had the salmon tonight -- very good. I love fish. They taste good. They are simple, yet beautiful, even graceful in the water.

I love to go at night on the lake -- I know I am in the middle of civilization on the lake -- but at night -- so few are out, I can pretend I am in the wilderness and it is sooo much easier to catch them ...ahhh, if we hadn't had so much water this year.

I have always heard it was cooking the fish with the slime intact, that gives it the blue "hue". The eyes dont bother me.
