I haven't followed the details of the UNTD deal, but have noticed, since the deal was finalized, that the price has moved up, not down. In these crazy markets that's gotta count for something, don't ya think?

Regarding your numbers:

>>>Secondly, when NZRO merged with JWEB, the shareholders of NZRO got .20 shares of UNTD for each share of NZRO. Multiply UNTD's price per share of $11.85 by .20 and you have $2.37. Not exactly parity with AOL's $13.63. <gg><<<

I suppose parity could also be derived in a converse manner from those AOL holders who bought between the 60 and 100 dollar marks only to find themselves now sitting at $13.63.

Me lady and I have got a cable modem on one computer and several ISPs the other. Among those, I really like NetZero Platinum service. But, Glenn, I've already debated this one inside and out in days of old when stocks were gold--lol. Still, however, I appreciate your update on the UNTD matter.
