Thank you very much. I'm mad as hell about what has happened. All of us are going to have to make sacrifices and do some heavy lifting over the next 5 to 10 years to navigate our way through the "work out" of this greedy speculative bubble. It's going to be a challenge, and I hope everyone is getting psychologically geared up for it. It's time for more individual interaction with the community where you live. Vounteer to help out with something worthy in your area. And go check out your local church, synagogue, Buddist temple etc. I've been really reinvigorated by doing this myself the past two years. John
