Why did you bring up denial and rationalization in the context of this discussion? a) because you asked b) it logically followed the original discussion pertaining to why BB uses "we" and my interpretation was that he was diffusing responsibility for his abysmal record. c) it follows that people, like BB, who refuse to accept personal responsibility for their own poor decisions may also utilize other defense mechanisms like rationalization or denial, two of BB's favorites IMO best...
