Significant insider buying at HDII...

I've made a number posts in recent months regarding short sales of HDII. While there was an increase in short selling in May, it fell off once again in June to a level approximating the trendline since August, 2002. To whit, short interest for HDII has dropped ~75% over the past year.

There is now another piece of evidence that suggest a turnaround is in the works. This post (http://messages.yahoo.com/bbs?.mm=FN&action=m&board=12779161&tid=hdii&sid=12779161&mid=1341) was just placed on the Yahoo thread. It provides the data showing significant open market insider purchases at HDII in May of this year. The text of the post also provides some logical reasons why these purchase are especially significant (e.g. the Chief Financial Officer was one of the purchasers).

The lowest level of short interest in 2+ years and the first substantial insider purchases in the same length of time.

These indicators may prove completely worthless.

However, the direction of these two measures is completely consistent and significantly bullish.
