LR. Thanks for the opinion. What you say makes great sense.

My thinking is that since the US Dollar has only recently started its' fall, investments in foreign equities that stand to benefit from the falling dollar will pay off sooner rather than later. When signs of sustainable economic recovery start to appear here, precious metals stocks and energy stocks for equities and Treasury Inflation Protected Securities for fixed income portfolio allocations will give best returns for newly retired investors in their early 60's.
