That would be true if rate increases are massive--of the order of 100 basis points or more. Higher interest rates will always force equity prices down in order to compete with fixed income securities. I would not worry about a major interest rate increase--unless of course, the gap between federal spending and revenues increases markedly, which it could easily do.

Yes, but......Q's technology provides greater efficiency and greater capacity than its competitors. If capex takes place among the telcos, and it will, the push will be toward technologies that offer more capacity.

And fewer F*Ups.
