It's my impression that Jordan and Egypt have basically given up the concept of getting back the lands and will be very happy to see a nation of Palestine created. Otherwise, the dogma they've been spouting about the poor Palestinians and how the evil Israel has taken their lands will be brought out into the light, once and for all. No, I don't see many Arabs settling on the west bank these days, that's for sure. For one thing, Israel occupies these lands and I don't think they want even more problems on their hands than they have right now. As far as who has the right to settle and where, these are issues that the Israelis must come to grips with. They must give up their expansionist tendencies in the name of peace. I don't see any other way.
