I understand that 1/3 of all data on the internet is carried over WCOM's network. It would be difficult to shut that down.

You have got that right. The infrastructure they have in place will stay....it's just too valuable! Someone will snap it up fast during a reorganization or it could stay within the restructured company.

I'm not worried about that equipment coming on the market.
