If Samsung said they expect to sell 43 million phones this year They actually said 40M versus 28M last year which is a 43% increase. It doesn't change your point but I like to keep our facts straight! If their Q1 run rate was 9.5M, 40M for the year should be a cinch. I would think 9.5, 10.5, 11.5 and 12.5 would be easy, especially since there is probably greater seasonality weight at the end of the year (Christmas). That would yield 44M units!
