Virgin Wireless has no spectrum. Is a Sprint PCS "re-seller" (essentially). Jon.

What a great question. (Duh! to myself.) I do not know whether Sprint or more likely one of its small-market affiliates has spectrum in LEAP cities. If not, it answers my question - that Virgin will be no factor.
