I'm going to have to study this for a little while. I have been to the site, but have always had a hard time with BBands. I can see the link between the MA's and the bands, but get confused when overlaying the AD line etc. I'll give it a try over the weekend and see if there is an intelligent response to your request. (I'm not promising an intellligent response from me though.,GGGG>)

Interesting that the anal-ysts are so diverse to one another on FDP....and they wonder why people no longer pay much attention to them.

Ken

Sorry, I totally missed your point on Bollinger's comments. I was looking for ways to trade using his method while you were simply looking for a comment from me on what the article said. Jeez, I guess I have tunnel vision toward fast trading period. LOL

In re reading the comments, I'd have to agree. Much of what is happening in the market ie: accounting etc. is being, as always, way overdone. Why people punish all companies due to the few has always amazed me. When you think of the number of companies that are actually involved in this or that problem, they are a very small percentage of the 17,000 or so companies that trade on all of our exchanges. The problem is that they (the bad guys) are high profile (thus get all of the attention) while our little profitable/growth etc. companies are taken to the cleaners along with them.

As to my way of doing things. You forced me into studying and discovering that BBands are indeed useful! By using several different matrix involving the standard 20 period Bband, I found that by using some of my other overbought oversold indicators produce a much more accurate enter and exit spot on fast as well as slower trading. Case in point.

Want to bet that CDIC hits 3.75 tomorrow and those that bought today at the 10dMA at 3.50 will sell for 8%? LOL
