Now I got it - it's that dude in the Dracula movies that eats the flies and always escapes, and the men with butterfly nets are always chasing him, and he is always escaping. The best was in the one with Leslie Nielsen and Mel Brooks, "Dracula: Dead and Loving It" (1995)
