Re: Low price of LWIN. As noted earlier, I spoke with investor relations at LWIN yesterday, and they had no news, nor did they know of any news or comments on the stock price. They did mention that there had been some selling of LWIN by the Putnam Fund, but that was known quite a while ago. Even though the company has a lot of debt, the stock may reflect sentiment and misgivings about other telecom service providers, notably Worldcom. Well, I though $1.72 was a pretty decent buy price, given that the book value is still over $4.00. Maybe I ought to consider buying more! Art

Institutional selling is to be expected today. Leap is being removed from the Russell 2000 in the annual re-constitution of the index today, so indexers will be selling. Over 1.8 million shares traded in the last hour of trading. Highest volume in over a month. Meanwhile, PCSA which will be in violation of covenants of their IPCS sub. on Sunday due to subscriber numbers, and could be forced into Bankruptcy as early as next week... traded as much as 16% higher today. Closed unchanged, and only ~600K shares traded hands. On the other hand Xerox Restates $6.4 Billion in revenues and closes down (12.8%) LWIN who reported no news closed down (10.7%) and is down (16.5%) in Afterhours. finance.yahoo.com PCSTEL
