Or the accountant comes around touting what he can do for the company to make it look good. Need... 1. Accountantcy standarization. If you've ever done a deal you know what "general accounting practices" or accepted accounting practices" means...well it's a lose term to say the least. 2. Throw some people in Jail...these people are more guilty than Milken or Boesky ever were. Jim
