Zeev, something else kinda nifty I noticed about SFD is that they are the first company to begin selling premium "branded" pork in Japan. The Japanese are maniacs about the quality and freshness of their food, (probably a result of living mostly on fish for centuries, i.e., old fish = food poisoning), so this could be a good growth market for them. Also, I believe that the Russians finally stopped messing around with U.S. poultry producers. This was causing a drop in U.S. poultry prices, which in turn put pressure on other meats. Disclosure: I put some SFD away in the smoke house myself today. GO YOU LITTLE OINKER!
