Go with something that has the highest probability in terms of outcome

The highest probability outcome is that most people will nod their heads wisely and tell marginmike he's right...then promptly act in exactly the opposite manner because someone whispered "sure thing" in their ear.

I will continue to bet that sheep were born to be sheered.

He also said a whille back that bubles can only be seen after the fact, so he needs to make up his mind. Unless rates drop here the mortgage BOOM is peaking. If rates go down I dont think anyone will have any jobs left as we head into the 2nd great depression. That being said, not unlike Internuts timong the top is tough. When the trend hits jump aboard. The fact that FNM is breaking down in light of FA in Housing is a good first sign that the top is in. I also think Weak dollar is still a play, after a good bounce.
