Do you know Viceroy mining VOY.TO. Picked it up off of a stock screener. They have a mine. apppears to be small, but they have earnings of .03 per share. Good technicals. Don't know yet if any exploration potential.

There are three reasons to do a property deal. (1) is that companies want to dump properties that they cannot raise money independently for (White Elephants), or (2) the aquiring company is in need of a news announcement to boost their share price, so they do a handshake deal, no cash, or (3), someone on SI thinks it a is a good idea.
