You've got to be joking. I did not declare Bush victorious. That you say I did is a LIE.
And there's your political prejudice getting in your way again.
I don't care what party the President belongs to now or what party any former President belonged to.
PARTY AFFILIATION IS NOT THE POINT HERE.
Inappropriate behavior has no party affiliation.
The Bush administration is behaving inappropriately...period.
