Really goin out onna limb here ain't'cha...LOL..

I say we are within 10% of THE bottom. The recession is over . It wuz a mild one at that.Americans ain't gonna give up their love affair with the markets.Sooner or later they will come back in mass to the game. In the mean time small caps have been doing quite well thank ya.
