Thanks for that skinowski. Especially nice posting the translation links as you did.

I see he is projecting more years of sideways/down and new lows for Japan.

BearForum.com has a new feature for followers of Rydex. The Rydex data lives in an SQL database and one can query the database using arbitrarily complex SQL expressions. Very cool.

Anyway, I entered this simple expression to get the most bearish 50 entries using simple total bull dollars divided by total bearish dollars.

The actual expression I used put on little rounding so as to cut out some noise. I used:
round((titan+velocity+otc+nova)/(tempest+venture+arktos+ursa),2)
The results are shown below, with the only 2001 entry noted with "**" and all June/2002 entries noted with "*". As you can see, June just kept setting new bearish records.

Of course, this is flawed, since the asset levels are affected by the market. For example, one can not say that so many millions have come out of the bullish OTC fund this year, since the fund itself is way down due to the NASDAQ slide. Of course, if one followes the fund value (not the assets), then one can indeed track actual money flows.

<The question is thus whether and when if necessary a soil formation takes place.>
My german being what it is, does he mean, the Nikkei gets so low, everyone soils their pants?
