This is no problem. The government can simply step in and take over and regulate and tax the internet. Postage is going up again. Why not pay for email? A world internet! Free fingerprint scanner and eye reader included. The world government will then know for sure when you are in your house on your computer. Perhaps the WCOM fraud cannot be overlooked as easily as the stock market salepeople claimed on Friday. Trickle-down fraud -- what a concept. news.bbc.co.uk
