I agree with much of what you say. I believe God to be The Cause of whatever, in this instance a particular action (which is derived from thought) (the origin of thought is another question for later) irregardless of whether the person attributes his or actions to God or not. My older brother is something of a moral compass for me. His day to day, year to year actions are that of a very moral person. He considers himself something of an agnostic. To me it does not matter. That's why I don't have any problem with the atheist unless they are hostile. It is impossible to live, in reality, seperate from that which created and animates you. Despite thoughts to the contrary.
