Most big and prestigious companies now have a "Prestigious" board of directors made up of the CEO's and Presidents of other big and prestigious companies. What you get is a group of 10 guys on 10 different boards whose number one priority is how much money can they funnel into each others' pockets. That how we get so many CEO's making preposterous "compenstions". Its all "you scratch my back and I'll scratch yours" and there's not a damn thing the stockholders can do about it.
