From IB Discussion Forum by an IB rep.....what a surprise:

"Posted on Saturday, June 29, 2002 - 11:32 pm:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We contacted Qcharts and it seems they do not want to work with IB. Perhaps some of our customers can contact them.
"

Esignal ready to roll out IB integration in July while QCharts fumbles around in the dark adding "handy" line drawing tools.

Pathetic.

Livecharts is dead this am. A blank screen. Any suggestions as to how to revive it. I've been paying for it for years and have never seen it this dead.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

regards,

AJ

Need to let your people know that they messed up with the Dollar Index chart (CEC:DX00Y). It traded yesterday and today, but your guys set QCharts to only have data from Wednesday and then nothing until this Sunday night. So there's a good 2 days of data missing.
