On VOY, the current management are not the incumbents. This is originally a Ross Fitzpatrick deal. Netolinsky was hired to manage it as he has some exploration ability. He came with the Brewery Creek acquisition, which really didn't make a lot of sense unless Ross just wanted to get him. The pp is probably just a way to position him better. He should have some money left over from Delaware Res. My view is that something is up here and the stock is probably a buy.
