He's dead now. The CA Parole Board, in one of its finer moments [ :-) ], paroled the monster. Everywhere they tried to park him, though, the local populace threatened to start the revolution. The Board then tried to keep his location a secret, but people kept finding out he was in their town and he had to be moved. He eventually finished his parole on the grounds of San Quentin State Prison. After that he moved to FL. He killed a man there and was captured, convicted, and executed by FL.
