The answer is a royalty on the NSR. I agree that the mining business is full of whores but the NSR solves all the baloney. Who in their right mind would take an NPI on a mining property? Eric, tell me you didn't.

Eric, this doesn't answer my question. I'm assuming you can read as well. I'll restate the question very clearly. Why would Northgate enter into a deal with a junior (Doublestar) that implies it will put the junior's property into production? Just look at the facts and tell me why?
