I'm just trying to see where the bubble officially started.

As we both realize, this is going to be a subjective call. As pointed out on that chart, I think it started in 1995 or so. The last double on the NASDAQ, 1999/2000, was just a blowoff imo. We have dealt with the blowoff and now things get much trickier.

if it had existed in 1902
C'mon, I like augie and think he's a good poster, but that's "out there". I have enough trouble dealing with what was and what was is that SPX chart. If it drops to 500 or so we'll have lots of interesting dicsussions about the first great test of the modern American market trendline.

Here's teh NASDAQ since its inception. Even it has a ways to go yet before it tests its dominant trendline (not far though -g):

LOL, time to load up on calls and cover shorts.

Amazing the bearishness I see on the message boards right now. And you all know what happens in that environment. <G>

Only thing that bothers me is that Barron's says that INTC is still undervalued. Too bad, since I have some July 22.5 INTC calls. Hopefully, they can pump that dog to get me in the money.

JR.........long some QQQ/INTC calls for a quick 1 month scalp.
