Bear Down, Wow! You certainly sent me reeling on that one. Your remark, "Now go fix that broken toilet in unit 420" is clearly a reference to my being an apartment manager. Yes, Bear Down, I don't sit in front of a computer all day. I actually work for a living. I guess in the short-trading circles you run around in, this is proper fodder for ridicule. Nothing elitist about your group, is there? I don't mind. I've been called far worse and by people with considerably more skill than you. Best, Ed
