Dave, LWIN is NOT going to open any new markets beyond the 40 already opened. Though they have spectrum available in other markets, they are going to concentrate on the current 40 until they generate more cash flow.

Pardon my ignorance, but is LWIN not going to be adding any additional markets within the near future?

Current VF facilities prohibit any new market/BTA launches until after June 2003.
