I studied just enough Japanese to get to the lesson on how to turn English words into Japanese words. I found it fascinating. I could understand the Japanese version, but never quite got the knack of creating words myself except the ones where you just append a "u" sort of like appending an "o" to English words and thinking you've created Spanish.

That's very amusing. This must cause the most confusion: My kaa--My car. Also means your car or anybody else's car.

I like something about this a lot, too: Keisu by keisu--case by case. A catchall phrase meaning: it depends, maybe, no, sometimes, at times, or possibly.
