Doug, Baer is being used to convince you that spending more of your tax dollars on intelligence operations is a good thing. Notice that no one is suggesting less space based snooping. Quite the contrary, they want to spend a lot more of your money on that too. As well as the total waste of the unworkable National Missile Defense system which is the equivalent of taking a couple of hundred dollar bills out of your back pocket every year from now on and using them to light the cigars of the Generals. And they won't even let the auditors inside the DoD look at how they're wasting your money. -Ray
