I think Jesus would agree with some killing, though he would consider it a shame that we had to do it. I just remember when Abbie Hoffman could only be shown on tv from the neck up because he had on a flag shirt and the right wingers considered it descecration. Then, super patriots Roy Rogers and Dale Evans appeared wearing exactly the same shirt, except a bit better quality than Abbie's. And last night at the track, I saw a dozen of them. Decals don't bother me as it is free expression. I dislike burning the flag, but it is also free expression unless it starts a forest fire. I guess my emphasis is on free expression and I don't think the Pledge is all that free if teachers have to do it and little kids are the decision makers.
