Think about it... when interest rates rise (which one day they surely will do) housing prices will decline. Always have & always will... (in the short to intermediate term)

Just like any sector in the stock market, if u buy @ the top u might have to wait a long, long time before u break even. All u have to do is to look @ the last bubble in housing in the late '80's
