As I mentioned before I enjoy it and share my thoughts here thinking they may be thought provoking. As you recall I origiannly was replying to a statement where someone thought that the market being down 20 years was ridiculus. I was just pointing out why it could happen and my personal opinion.

No, I'm not a buy and holder but I do have retirement money that I don't want to touch very often plus I want little risk. My long term feelings being what they are leads me to invest mostly in bonds in those accounts. In January 2000 I opined when the 30 year treasury was at 6.5 % that over the next 30 years it would out perform any large cap tech stock currently trading. My long term outlook lead me to invest in those and they have done well and I am way ahead of the likes of INTC, CSCO, ORCL etc. This is money that I just wanted to put away and forget. I'll be 80 when they come due. This is my nursing home money. LOL!

DYN? I think money put in these power producers will greatly outperform once all this negative press has settled and these guys find there place in the post Enron era. That time is taking much longer than I had imagined and I have lost money on these guys although some decent trades have made me some good money trading large postions off of support levels.
