I understand that he has tried to keep his daughter out of the spotlight. I believe his position is that the example he is setting is one of a person who strongly believes in his convictions. No different than those who give their children a strong religious upbringing. I worked with a guy whose parents were religious fanatics, who went to church tent revivals, healings, flopping on the ground and speaking in tongues, the whole nine yards. Is that child abuse?
