Hope you get things worked out for your client... RR: I'm sure that there are a lot of management teams out there that could use your help...Many are in over their heads and unfortunately some of them cut corners to please Wall Street during the boom period...It seems like we're hearing more about Corporate Corruption than ever before...I hope Bush deals with it in a very comprehensive way -- just like The War on Terrorism. Folks on Mainstreet are getting frustrated and upset -- its very possible that there are more than a few 'Ken Lays' out there who really took advantage of the system and failed to make decisions that were in the best interest of their employees and shareholders...And so far VERY FEW white collar criminals have had to pay big fines and serve long prison sentences...IMO, that should change...We need to give the SEC and Justice Dept. the resources and talent to effectively enforce the laws that we have on the books. Its quite obvious that they haven't been able to do that. Integrity counts big time...IMO, our President and the Congress must lead an effort to rebuild the faith in our markets...Its part of the healing process from this brutal bubble that has burst....JMHO.
