one thing i read this weekend by the way, is that though the averages are in bear market territory, overall, the market aint doing too bad (someone even said we're in a stealth bull market) - I think I heard that about 50% of stocks are HIGHER than they were two years ago (of course, the higher ones are mainly in the small cap arena)
