The BBC is talking about accounting problems with the big boys like GE. While this isn't getting any play at all here stateside it certainly can't give the foreign money a warm fuzzy feeling about investing here. There has already been rumblings from foreign traders that we are like investing in a 3rd world country at this point, this can't help.
