Ya know....the headlines in various US major papers over past few days/week have been quite negative......basically questioning if you should own stocks at all (in some cases)...never heard this kindof talk before (of course, we'll hear a lot more in the future).

Point being, I see sentiment is setting up/has set up for a mini-bottom shortly.

Based on this unscientific survey, I think we could get that Tommybear rally....or, at a minimum, some more mini-bounce..

For today, I may enter short positions in the 1460s-1500 range (depends if we get there/nature of "holding" this 1450-if we do)

I do think we revisit 1425 before any bounce....BWTFDIK

08:01 ET 3M Company raises guidance (MMM) 123.00: Co expects Q2 earnings to be at least $1.33 per share, higher than previously expected and above the current consensus of $1.25 per share. Results will benefit from improved sales volumes, primarily in the Asia Pacific area, and from continued improvements in overall operating performance.

now aren't you glad you didn't go posting MMM charts and talking about that forever-unfillable gap? <g>
