What it really amounts to is covert racial and socio-economic discrimination.

It seems that this issue has shifted from a religious one to a class one. I don't know if the impetus still comes from the religious who are taking advantage of the opportunity to open up a new front with new partners or whether, with so many kids now being home schooled, it really isn't so much a religious issue any more.

I do hope you did not think I live in a lily white suburb, since I brought the matter up. You know little of me I am afraid- though assume much.
because I do not (high hispanic pop. here)
and I of course am for all ways of equalizing spending- or even of favoring underperforming area/schools.
