S&P outlook was bullish in late 2000 and even early 2001.
These guys even did not have a clue. Now they are asking me to subscribe for S&P outlook at 50 % discount for 2 years.
S&P like WS research was also riding the bandwagon. At least S&P should have pointed out the build up of Mount Everest debt in the telco industry. But they never did. For now, like SEC they are also in correction mode.
