it looks like conjecture at this point. But I have been hearing little stirrings that some of the more acquisitive companies would get more scrutiny in this area.

Thanks for the link. I'm not planning on holding on to my leaps very much longer... With just a teeny bit of luck I might be able to make some loot with them before these concerns are in focus in a big way here.
