So, you are knowledgeable about "systems engineering or any business analysis"? Good. So answer your own question (how many Americans died to achieve current results vs HOW many would have died based upon some alternative actions) and tell me: "By permitting the escape of thousands of terrorists who hate America - and considering that their death or capture was imminent before they flew away - how many Americans may be 'expected' to die as a result of that decision?
