Contrarian Indicators: You're not the only one who's getting scared. All my contrarian indicators are showing moderate or strong oversold conditions with a high amount of bearishness. Stock Fund outflows are approaching their mid-Sept level of intensity. On the other hand, Long-Term Stock Market Expectations and the Demographic profile are suggesting we could see a neutral to lower market over the next month or two. I increased my equity exposure from 70 to 80% at the close today. (Only 25% of it Nasdaq correlated.) Not looking to hold all of it for long. When we get a short term rally I'll sell off a little or a lot, depending on whether Long-Term Market Sentiment (1-3mo lead) improves in the weeks ahead.
