Anybody know if the firm of Slimy, Slimier, and Slimiest is publicly traded? They should be doing well going forward.

Seriously though, are there any publicly traded litigation firms that handle Wall Street cases?

Dave, we are in the wrong business. Just think of the 1000s of lawyers who watch the stock market - not for investing but for watching for dips and preloaded class action suits to see if they can be the first to siphon funds out of a company in the name of "the investor's interest". Think of the guy for Pennzoil who plundered Texaco (I think) then for close to $1B of the $6B payoff or something like that. Put him ahead of the class and on the Forbes list. But it was for the shareholders - right?
