You know, ...if the President really wanted to prove the faults of the ICC court, ...he could present an addendum to be added and contingent upon our ratification of the treaty.

This addendum would be based and enumerate the rights afforded by our creator to be added to the treaty of the ICC as a new set of mandates and that those mandates would duplicate the Constitution's jurist protection.

The international community wouldn't stand for that! They would veto that idea.

The President would then have the proof this court is nothing, ...if not politics.
