The height of the negative sentiment on minerals occured a few years ago, perhaps even as far back as 95, 96 (can't quite remember). They consolidated at their lows for a few years and just recently have ramped up nicely. Believe we'll see a similar situation with the techies and the height of current sentiment will not be reached perhaps until next year when accounting rules and regulations are brought back in line. It should take a while nonetheless.
'04/'05 we should see some nice gains return back to the market.
